Termination Policy
If a student is going to drop out of a class, either temporarily or indefinitely for some reason, a written notice is required at least 30 days before the effective date. Failure to receive such notice will result in continued charges to your account. Your account will remain open and active until written notice is received, materials are returned, and tuition balances are paid. Your account will be closed 30 days after we receive your written notice to terminate, materials are returned, and any remaining tuition balances are paid.

Full tuition is charged for all subsequent months until the minimum 12 month commitment has been paid for each subject. If the student has been enrolled in Kumon for greater than 12 months, a 30 days prior to the minimum 12 month commitment policy can be excused from paying their remaining tuition balance by providing a written note from their physician.
